Client Services Administrator

The role:

As part of our exciting, hardworking and fun loving Client Services team you will be responsible for the administration support for the firm.  This is a busy role and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, accurately processing numerous client payrolls, PAYE, accounts payable as well as administrative support.

What you will need to succeed:

You will have a positive, can-do attitude with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.  You are motivated, enjoy using your initiative and have the ability to build relationships across the organisation and with clients.  You will have exceptional time management skills and be deadline driven.  You will need strong payroll experience, ideally in ACE and Smart payroll.  Extensive knowledge of employment related legislation and Microsoft office products is required.  Experience using APS would be an advantage but is not essential.
